Training: About

Week One & Two Objectives

Players will learn the following:  Passing and receiving. First touch and awareness. Proper postures when attacking and defending 1v1s and 2v2s. Dribbling under pressure, at pace1v1s and 2v2s. Individual roles on a team.

Week Three & Four Objectives

Players will learn the following: Principles of attacking and defending. Movement with or without the ball. Building up, possession, finishing.
