Meet the Coaches

Personal mastery of the ball and understanding team play helps young men and women acquire necessary tools to succeed on the playing field, in school, and in life.

Personally, soccer has played a significant role in my life. Because of soccer, I was able to come to America from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, where I was born and raised, and earned a college degree while playing soccer. My love for the sport has convinced me to devote my life to mentoring young men and women to become successful in life through soccer. Reflecting on my life lessons in the "beautiful game" has further compelled me to launch SOCCER 101. I look forward to growing great athletes and even better citizens.

Growing up in England, soccer was deeply rooted in the culture. I found my love for the beautiful game of soccer from a young age, which eventually brought me to the United States . As a Coach, I strive to empower my athletes, aiding in their development as players and people in an environment that promotes enjoyment and growth.

I was born and raised in South Bend and have lived here my entire life. I graduated from Penn High School and am currently finishing my last semester at Holy Cross College studying Elementary Education. I have been an athlete from a very young age; I played soccer throughout high school and I am now playing at the college level. I have had the opportunity to develop my coaching skills working with Michiana Echo and have been part of many youth soccer camps throughout high school and now college. I enjoy sharing my love of the sport with others in my community..
